My practice combines multiple approaches, grounded in trust and compassion, with a strong focus on developing the therapeutic relationship. We will work together and identify a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to you, that will promote change from within and achieve the results that you are searching for.

Specialized services include short and long-term treatment options for adults, adolescents and middle schoolers. Therapy sessions are one-on-one format.

Free Initial Phone Consultation - 15 Minutes
Individual Psychotherapy Session - 50 Minutes
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment - 60 Minutes

Currently accepting cash, personal check, credit/debit and major credit cards. Checks should be made to Sonder Health & Wellness PLLC.

I am considered an out of network provider. Out of network mental health services are covered by many insurance policies. Please check with your insurance company to see what deductibles or reimbursement percentages are authorized. Billing statement available upon request.
